Golden Rose Wedding Ceremony Includes:
For the complete fee of $2100, which includes a one hour complimentary initial Zoom consultation; unlimited follow-up consultations in person, by phone or on Zoom; ceremony writing and editing; coaching; ritual elements; presentation; keepsake ceremonial copy (PDF) and legal paperwork. All services 100% guaranteed.
- Providing the Meeting the Beloved questionnaire and crafting your responses into a well-written ceremonial script.
- Consulting, writing and editing the ceremonial script until it is perfect for you
- Gifting a copy of Love Threads: Extraordinary Wedding Rituals
- Writing your unique love story as the heart-centre of the ceremony.
- Providing a file of rituals and poetry, and including your choices in the wedding script
- Coaching writing & speaking of personal vows.
- Coaching all speakers and participants in the ceremony
- Advising on all aspects of the ceremonial day
- Offering ritual objects to enhance the ceremonial space: beeswax candles, candlesticks, handcrafted cedar & rod iron ceremonial stand, Persian wedding carpet, Handfasting ribbon/cords, Ringwarming sachet, copper Satapadi vessel, willow broom, Raku goblets, etc.
- Supplying a Wedding Day Emergency Kit & antique handkerchiefs.
- Providing a professional wireless amplifier with mics.
- Arriving 90 minutes before the ceremony.
- Coordinating with your photographer, planner and musicians, as appropriate
- Signing and mailing your license within 24 hours of the wedding, and liaising with Vital Stats if necessary.
- Professional and engaging presentation of the ceremony
- Preparing a Wedding Ceremony Keepsake copy (PDF) within a month of the wedding
Additional services offered:
A full rehearsal within a week of the ceremony, onsite, to include playful, centering and supportive activities with your wedding party, coordinating with site staff, and coaching as required. $400
Ring Out! A world collection of bells, singing bowls, chimes, & gongs for guests to celebrate throughout the ceremony, up to 100 pieces. $150
Travel costs are $60 per hour beyond city limits. An additional fee will be added for BC Ferry costs plus waiting time, late night or winter driving.
Accommodation may be requested if venue is over 2 hours driving beyond city limits.

Rose Petals Wedding Consulting Includes:
Professional services for couples who request support for their wedding which will be presented by a friend or family member.
For the fee of $150 per hour which includes consultations, interviewing, ceremony writing, coaching. Legal paperwork is not included. All services 100% guaranteed.
- Discussing and advising on your wedding ceremony logistics
